“Hope has two beautiful daughters; their names are Anger and Courage. Anger at the way things are, and Courage to see that they do not remain as they are.”
St. Augustine
“He who is not angry when there is just cause for anger is immoral. Why? Because anger looks to the good of justice. And if you can live amid injustice without anger, you are immoral as well as unjust.”
St. Thomas Aquinas
This holy anger burns within the just man. It burns with, and is fed by, the fire of perfect Charity: the Love of God. It engulfs and destroys the vice of human respect, while building and sustaining the virtue of Contempt of the World. It contemns the judgements of the world. And it never compromises.
